  2. My quota bar gets completely exhausted within just a few minutes of normal usage (even light coding tasks or simple agent prompts).
  3. This happens much faster than the advertised 5-hour rolling window.
  4. After the quota finishes, I get locked out and have to wait for the next refresh.
