No capacity for claude-opus-4-5-thinking (AI Ultra Plan)

I am a paid AI Ultra subscriber. The service is currently unusable. I am consistently receiving “Agent terminated due to error” and 503 UNAVAILABLE errors when attempting to use the Claude 4.5 Opus model.

Technical Details:

  • Error Code: UNAVAILABLE (code 503): No capacity available for model claude-opus-4-5-thinking on the server

  • Plan: AI Ultra (Active)

Troubleshooting Already Performed:

  • Performed /logout and re-authenticated.

  • Cleared all local application caches.

  • Disabled all MCP servers.
