I will create “New tuned model” from “structured promp”, but I got ‘Tuned model creation failed’ error.
Then I thought maybe it was Key’s billing settings?, and enable billing on GCP but it doesn’t work.(same error, ‘Tuned model creation failed’)
“New tuned model” can’t work now?

Check that the data in your input is complete. One other poster was experiencing this response and was missing a value in one of the columns: Tuned model creation failed
Not sure that this is the problem you are having, but it doesn’t hurt to check your data.

I’m also unable to make a Finetuned model with 1.0, this is simply impossible, as the output are limited to less than 5,000 words per example, which is bad. As i seek to reproduce my writing style and to produce longer text to be generated, 5,000 words limit is a big no, will 1.5 have a higher limit for Finetuning? Yes, i’m still seeking to get rid of the repetitive words.
