My token disappeared

Tier 1 prepaid system,

I’ll summarize it for you on the timeline:

June 1 - ₩16,000 payment,

June 2–4 - AI usage

June 7 - Computer formatted

June 8 - Suddenly unavailable (tokens remaining)

This is OpenClaw, which I was trying to run using the API key.

I formatted and reinstalled it, but it’s not working.

I am using OpenClaw, and I got a 429 error.

I topped up 16,000 KRW, and my usage is 4,451 KRW, but it says there are no tokens.

This is certainly not related to reformatting your computer. Please check your rate limit & billing pages in AI Studio for issues. If it’s still not clear what’s happening, you can fill in our 429 form & we’ll get back to you.
