Mods - need help with a request I submitted

Dear Mods,

I submitted a help ticket. I was asked to confirm my identity. I did. I got an email saying I would hear from someone in 2-3 days. It’s been over a week now and I’ve heard nothing. I was told to post here and ask a mod to help.

I guess no mod is going to contact me? To be clear, I would appreciate an offline response. I assume mods have access to my email.

Any help with how I get in touch with someone about this account would be appreciated.
