I am experiencing an issue where the Antigravity desktop app cannot load any models, and the **Model Quota** section in Settings keeps loading indefinitely (infinite spinner). Here are the details: - **Plan:** Google AI Pro - **OS:** Windows 11 - **Status:** Authentication succeeded in the browser, but inside the app, the quota information never resolves, making it impossible to select or use any model. - **Troubleshooting tried:** Logged out and logged back in, restarted the application, but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this specific account-level sync issue, or is there a cache/session file that needs to be cleared manually? Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. *(Attached screenshot of the Models & Usage settings page)*
Hi @Truong_Bui,
Thanks for the details. When the quota section keeps spinning, it usually means you’re signed in but the app can’t finish loading your account info.
A few things to try:
- Check your network. Turn off any VPN or proxy, and try a different network (a phone hotspot works). If you have a firewall or antivirus, try pausing it for a minute.
- Clear the local session. Close Antigravity fully, including from the system tray. Press Win + R, type
%APPDATA%, and rename the Antigravity folder toAntigravity_old. Then reopen the app and sign in. - Update the app. Make sure you’re on the latest version.
If it still won’t load, reply with your app version and roughly when you tried!
