Hello Antigravity Support Team,
I’m sorry to trouble you. I would be very grateful if you could kindly review the restriction on my Antigravity account.
Product: Google Antigravity
Affected account: The Google account I use to sign in to Antigravity. I can provide the full email address privately if needed.
Error:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED — “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.”
Reason: TOS_VIOLATION
Domain: cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com
I use Antigravity normally and do not use a reverse proxy. I believe this restriction may have been applied by mistake, and I respectfully ask if my account could be reviewed.
I was able to open the appeal form and submit an appeal a few days ago. When I opened the same form again today, it showed “You need access.” I clicked “Request access,” but I can no longer open the form to check the status of my appeal or provide any additional information.
Could you please let me know whether my appeal was received and advise me on what I should do next? If the restriction was applied in error, I would be sincerely grateful if access could be restored.
I’m happy to provide any additional information or verification needed. I will continue to use Antigravity in accordance with its Terms of Service.
Thank you very much for your time and help.
