Keep getting an error on one of my machines

I cant full figure this issue out as I can run the exact same program on a different computer with out an Issue.

You might be facing this issue because of the following reasons

  • You are running 32-bit Python or 32-bit OS
  • Your CPU does not support AVX instructions

Please take a look at the system requirements and check if you have the correct dependencies installed.
