Js-genai uploading PPTX fails

Hi team,

I’m using “@google/genai”: “^1.45.0” in NodeJS.
I’m trying to upload file by both ai.files.upload and ai.fileSearchStores.importFile
Both options fail with 500 response from Gemini.

Could you take a look?
