It’s about reporting to developers that the new gemini-2.5-pro model in AI Studio has a much smaller page limit than the earlier gemini-2.5-pro-preview version.

Hello,
Previously, I was using gemini-2.5-pro-preview (gemini-2.5-pro-preview-06-05) in AI Studio, and I could generate documents up to ~70 pages. Now, with gemini-2.5-pro, the limit is only around 4 pages.

Could you clarify:

  1. Why has the limit changed?

  2. Will there be an option to work with longer documents again (similar to the preview version)?
