Is Gemini API is capable to build Chat AI for appsheet?

Can someone tried to integrate Gemini on appsheet and create a Chat AI like chat support tool?

App sheet is a fantastic platform for AI prototyping, it’s actually extremely easy to build AI systems using it.

Gemini on the other hand is not the model that I would use for this, opting instead to use OpenAi. Gemini is… Well historically, in terms of quality and functionality for their AI, they’re just behind the ball.

  • Plus setting it up and getting the integration going is rather more complicated than using openai.

I have a video series that I put together that will walk you through the basics of setting all of this up.

  • The videos are a little old, in AI years, but the principles still apply.
  • Links are included in the description for apps that you can copy and use as well (if you don’t feel like putting it together yourself).

Even if you choose to use Gemini for your AI provider, the methods used in here, the structure and how everything works, will be the exact same setup that you need. :+1:
