Is everyone seeing the "Publishing disabled" message?

기존에 개발했던 앱을 수정하는데, 아래 메시지가 며칠 째 계속 입니다. 저만 이런가요?ㅠㅠ
”Publishing is temporarily disabled while we work on system updates. Check back soon.”

I’ve been trying to update my app for a few days now, but I keep getting this message: “Publishing is temporarily disabled while we work on system updates. Check back soon.” Is this happening to everyone or just me?

Can't publish my app

I can’t publish my app for 2-3 days. When I click “publish”, it shows this “Publishing is temporarily disabled while we work on system updates. Check back soon.” Does anybody know how to deal with it ? Thank you.
