Interactions api (deep research), all interactions in_progress for 12+ hours (again)

As per title, for ~12 hours and counting every interaction submitted has never succeeded, just returns state in progress.

This happens roughly once a week, and interactions never complete.

A broader bug, is that failures never fail, so handling these cases is incredibly hard - you just get an outage where every interaction submitted succeeds on being created, then is in_progress forever - with no way to know when things are operating as normal again without just submitting ever more requests that may or may not ever complete.

  1. Any ideas on what’s happening or when a fix will be out
  2. any plans to improve or un-beta interactions api with deep research.

I am having the exact same experience. It happened last week, it is happening this week and it happened about a month ago. Everything was running smoothly all day. I bought credits to get to the highest tier and it still doesn’t work
