Install tflite-model-maker storage becomes full

I was trying to install tflite-model-maker in google colab using the link

but the install runs for ever until the google colab storage becomes full.
Up until a few days back there was no problem. But now i am not able to install it due to this

Welcome to the TensorFlow Forum .

The Issue is with Python 3.10 but in Python 3.9 it is running fine , You can refer to this github issue .
