I am currently working on a college project where I am using the Gemini API and fine-tuning it for a custom use case related to image processing and classification. Once I have completed the fine-tuning process, I would like to understand whether my fine-tuned model will remain private to me or if it will be made publicly accessible.

Additionally, I would like to inquire if there are any provisions that allow my classmates to access and use my fine-tuned model for similar tasks.

By default, your model is only accessible to you.

You can permit it to others using the Tuning Permissions API, but this starts getting somewhat complicated pretty quickly.
