Hi Antigravity Team,
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent experience using the Google AI Pro Antigravity subscription. I believed this tool would be a valuable asset for my projects, but my experience so far has been frustrating and disappointing.
I am facing three critical issues that are making the tool nearly unusable:
1. Incorrect Profile Identity (Persistent Bug) For the past 2-3 weeks, my profile name has been incorrectly displayed as “Peter Pan (Google Auth)” instead of my actual name, Dhyaneshwaran Karthikeyan
This is not just a cosmetic issue; it makes it extremely difficult to verify which account I am currently logged into or if the authentication is working correctly. (See attached screenshot: image_98c0f9.png showing the incorrect profile name)
2. Major Discrepancy in Quota Refresh Times In your advertisements and public documentation, it is stated that the refresh time for the Google AI Pro Antigravity quota is 5 hours. However, the actual refresh cycle I am seeing is completely unacceptable.
I exhausted my quota on 24/1/26, and the system is telling me it will not refresh until 30/1/26. A 6-day wait time is a far cry from the advertised 5-hour refresh window. This feels like false advertising and is severely hindering my workflow.
3. Instability and Frequent Execution Errors Approximately 50% of the time, the Antigravity agent fails with an opaque error message, even though I have a stable internet connection and sufficient system resources (RAM) to handle the processing.
I frequently receive the “Agent execution terminated due to error” message, which disrupts my project timelines and causes me to miss deadlines. (See attached screenshot: image_98b215.png showing the termination error)
I subscribed to Google AI Pro expecting a professional-grade tool, but right now, I feel that I have wasted my money. I had huge confidence, belief , and excitement on subscribing the AI Pro, but it all went to dust. I need an immediate explanation regarding the quota refresh discrepancy and a fix for the profile and stability issues.
