I have been unable to use our company’s Google AI Ultra Business plan for almost a month. Despite sending emails to Google support, I have received no responses.
For about 3 weeks I had the “resources exhausted error” which was never resolved, so I tried to fully uninstall the app and delete Antigravity folders, and then reinstall.
After reinstalling, and logging into my company profile (instead of my personal account), I started receiving this error:
IAM_PERMISSION_DENIED “message”: “The caller does not have permission”, “status”: “PERMISSION_DENIED”
So… when logging into my personal account, AG does still work, but when logging into my company Google account, I get the above error. Upon investigating, it looks like the same project ID is being used across both profiles, which suggests to me that Antigravity is not fetching the correct Project ID from the company Google account, or perhaps my personal Google account Project ID got swapped into the my Enterprise Google account profile some how.
Has anyone else experienced this error and resolved it?
