I am an Anti-Gravity user in Japan.
Regarding the current issue, as mentioned in my previous report, after updating Anti-Gravity, my AGQ reached its maximum limit even though I hadn’t done anything, resulting in usage restrictions that prevented me from working.
It has been exactly one week since I reported this issue.
Since appealing via Google One or the official email address yielded no results, I did some personal research and found a post in the community stating,
“If you switch accounts through the Family Plan, you can temporarily resume using the service.”
The source is here: https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1r13tn9/do_family_accounts_receive_antigravity_quota/?tl=ja
So, I tried this method, and while I was indeed able to use the service for a very short time,
when I tried to switch back to my original account afterward, I saw a message saying it had been banned.
…Does this mean I violated the Terms of Service?
If so, I’d like to file an appeal.
I didn’t intend to abuse this method; I was simply trying to figure it out on my own since no support was available.
Of course, I’m a paid subscriber and would like to continue using the service if possible.
Is there anything that can be done?
