I keep getting 429 rate limit error even though I have a billing account tied to my account

Support has been useless and keeps asking me to fill out their form to request for an increase. I only generate about 10 videos or so before I get hit with the limit. I have my account tied to a billing account already but it looks like I’m still on the free plan. What am I supposed to do?

It is not fixed. I am getting rate limited again.

This is intended behavior. The ratelimit for veo-3.0-fast-generate under the Tier 1 is 10 requests daily. If you require more, you’ll need to upgrade to next tier!

@chunduriv I have already requested to be on the next tier. Please promote me to the highest tier. I am willing to pay for my usage, I keep getting rate limited.

Who is the concerned team? it’s almost been a week now since I put in the request and I still am rate limited!

Hello @chunduriv , I have the same issue. I billing account linked to my project but keep getting 429 erros when using tts api with low limits requests per minute and day.
