Hello everyone. Recently (today), I encountered an issue with sharing prompts in Google AI Studio. After clicking the “Share” button, it loads for a few seconds. On the mobile version, after this, the screen crashes, showing a blank error message on a white background. In this case, the website becomes unresponsive altogether.
On PC, the same loading results in just an error message.
A couple of days ago, everything was working fine.
Interestingly, some prompts can still be shared successfully, but the problem occurs with certain prompts or their copies. Later, sharing with other prompts also became impossible. Some prompts are now shareable again, but I still cannot share that specific problematic prompt.
Perhaps someone knows how to fix this? Maybe Google will notice this issue.
By the way, all prompts that failed to be shared have been saved without issue. I also made copies of these prompts and tried sharing those, but it didn’t help. Logging out and back into my account, reconnecting to the internet multiple times, and trying on different accounts and devices didn’t resolve the problem either.
