just to be clear, im not an Google employee hehehehe

you may have one of these issues:

  1. Broken graphics driver
  2. Unsupported OpenGL/DirectX configuration
  3. Electron bug with hardware acceleration
  4. Hardware issues

I installed this yesterday and worked LOL and now NOT

i think some windows update probably
