Hi Google Antigravity team,
I am a Google AI Pro subscriber experiencing a persistent HTTP 400 error that is completely blocking my use of the product.
Error details:
• Message: “User location is not supported for the API use.”
• Status: FAILED_PRECONDITION

Account & environment:
• Personal Gmail account (not Workspace)
• Account region: Germany
• Active VPN: Germany exit node
Troubleshooting already performed:
• Confirmed account region is set to Germany (a supported country)
• Verified this is a personal, non-Workspace account
• Tested with multiple German VPN endpoints
• Cleared all local auth tokens and reinstalled
• Issue persists across all attempts
Since the account region is already associated with a supported country and full environment sterilization has been performed, I suspect a backend provisioning issue on the account side.
Could you please manually verify the account’s project/region entitlement and re-provision if necessary?
