How to custom_model create(ssd_mobilenet_v1)

Hi, all.
I have a question about TfliteConvert and training.
I want to create CustomTfliteModel like TensorFlow | ssd_mobilenet_v1 | Kaggle
please tell me how to ConvertTflite.

I tried train : tensorflow/models/research/object_detection/model_main.py
Export Graph : models/research/object_detection/export_tflite_ssd_graph.py
Convert to Tflite : tflite_convert

I’m japanese. Sorry for the poor English.
