How to bypass confirmations for all commands?

The agent requires confirmation to run almost every command.

Review Policy and Terminal Command Auto Execution are set to Always Proceed.

Commands have been added to Allow List Terminal Commands.

The agent continues to require confirmation even for commands that are explicitly allowlisted.

Did you find a fix? I saw where some users had success with a VSCode extention but it sounded sketch
