How many project are allowed to be submitted per participants? For example can I send 3 submission aming to participate in 3 categories? Is there a limit of projects?

You can only submit one project per the official rules.

It is in the rules, section 4 “Eligibility” in the paragraph right above the heading “Employer policies and consents”:
Limit one (1) Submission per person regardless of the number of email addresses. Submissions uploaded by any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All Submissions will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Submission, who must comply with these Rules, and, if applicable, the potential Promotion winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that email address. The “authorized account holder” is the person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email address for the domain.
