I’m trying to upgrade from free tier, everytime I click billing set up its says “Your Google Cloud billing account is being processed. Processing time varies from a few moments to a few weeks.” It says I’m not eligible for phone support with the basic plan, what do I do?
if your able to get on to someone, make sure they confirm everything is set up correctly with the new project and key. I upgraded to a paid key, but as soon as I apply it I get a constant your out of quota message. Ive been on the message help with billing twice but get nothing more than refered to these forums
