How AI works in mobile for predictive weather?

I was just wondering, how does AI work in mobile phones to give us those predictive weather updates? Like, does it just use data from weather stations, or is it doing something smart like figuring out patterns? I’m curious but not very tech-savvy, so if anyone can explain it in simple terms, that’d be awesome!

Hi @Rashid_Shaikh1, I think based upon the location using the GPS present in the Mobile it will get the data about the atmosphere like temperature, humanity, etc… from the various sources like weather stations and pass this to a regression model to get the prediction. Thank You.
