Google should inform customers about maintenance information

AI can reply in Japanese, but the Chinese is truncated and generated? The same is true for some minority languages. What do you mean, Google? We are all your customers, why are we dividing into different levels?
We assume that you are fixing the problem of language output confusion, then you should send an automatic email to your customers instead of making us work overtime only to find out that it is errors 500 and 503.
