Description of Issue: I am a Pro plan subscriber and am reporting a recurring technical glitch where I am being prematurely locked out of my account despite not reaching my usage limits.

The Bug: Upon returning to the app shortly after, the timer had incorrectly jumped to a 6-day lockout.
