Google Antigravity Ultra: agent/tool tasks fail with MODEL_CAPACITY_EXHAUSTED for two weeks

Hi Antigravity / Google AI team,

I am a Google AI Ultra subscriber. Google Antigravity can complete simple text-only prompts such as “Say hello” or “Do not inspect files. Just answer: ready.” However, any real agent/tool execution task fails almost immediately with:

“Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now”
“Agent terminated due to error”

This has persisted for about two weeks, so it does not look like a temporary traffic spike or quota exhaustion.

Example failed request:

Trajectory ID: f5439987-f849-4ff3-
TraceID: 0xea3071e4a19e0799
X-Cloudaicompanion-Trace-Id: ea3071e4
Status: HTTP 503 Service Unavailable
Domain: cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com
Model: gemini-3.1-pro-low
Reason: MODEL_CAPACITY_EXHAUSTED
Message: No capacity available for model gemini-3.1-pro-low on the server
RetryInfo: retryDelay 58s

Reproduction:

  1. Sign in with a Google AI Ultra account.
  2. Open Antigravity on macOS.
  3. Send a text-only prompt: “Say hello.” This works.
  4. Send an agent/tool task: “Create hello-antigravity.txt with the text hello.” This fails with high traffic / agent terminated.
  5. The issue also happens on Gemini 3 Flash and Gemini 3.1 Pro Low when the task requires agent/tool execution.

Please check whether my Ultra account is being routed to the correct Antigravity agent execution capacity pool / priority queue. This does not appear to be a local install/cache issue because I fully reinstalled Antigravity and cleared local caches.
