The recent Gemini 3.5 update completely broke Google Antigravity for anyone actually trying to get work done.
Upgrading to Gemini 3.5 Flash (Medium/High) sounds nice, but the new quota system attached to them is just ridiculous. I literally used it for about 15–20 minutes, sent a few prompts—some of which failed anyway—and bam, quota completely gone.
And now I’m forced to wait a literal week (6 days and 23 hours) just to use it again? This makes zero sense. 15 minutes of actual coding followed by a 7-day lockout is insane. Even if someone buys the Pro plan, they’re just going to burn through everything in less than a day at this rate.
To make it worse, switching to Claude Opus or Sonnet is impossible because they’re permanently stuck on the ‘Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now’ error. They are completely broken.
Sure, the old Gemini 3 Flash wasn’t as smart, but it was reliable. It actually let us sit down and code for hours without worrying about getting locked out after 2 basic tasks.
Right now, this setup makes the platform completely unusable for real development.
Please, Google team, either fix this crazy week-long quota restriction or just bring back Gemini 3 Flash so we can actually get work done. Is anyone else losing their mind over this?
