To the Antigravity Team,
I am writing this to express my absolute frustration as a paid subscriber. I invested my money and, more importantly, my time into Antigravity expecting a production-ready, agent-first IDE. Instead, my money has gone straight into the garbage, and you have completely wasted my time.
As a compiler architect building high-performance, silicon-native systems, my workflow demands absolute precision, speed, and reliability. Antigravity has failed on every single front. Rather than writing code, I am forced to spend my hours fighting your broken infrastructure.
This isn’t an isolated incident, and you are well aware of it. A quick look at your own developer forums reveals a massive, system-wide failure that is being ignored by your team. Paying Pro and Ultra subscribers are overflowing the boards with the exact same catastrophic issues:
-
Persistent Downtime: The platform has been practically unusable since the late March updates, trapping users in an endless loop of “Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now.”
-
Bait-and-Switch Quotas: Unannounced, silent quota throttling where the advertised 5-hour resets have suddenly morphed into multi-day (and frequently 7-day) lockouts.
-
Silent Failures: Agents indefinitely hanging on “Running…”, dropping context mid-task, and throwing constant HTTP 503 Capacity Exhausted or HTTP 400 errors that completely paralyze the workspace.
It is deeply disrespectful to charge a premium for a product in this dismal state. You have broken the trust of the developer community. Stop treating paying customers like unpaid QA testers. Deliver the reliable product you advertised, or stop charging people for a completely broken platform.
