When Google Antigravity tries to update to version 1.19.6, it suddenly uninstalls itself and I have to reinstall it, and then it updates and uninstalls again in an endless cycle.

Thank you for reporting this. Please manually uninstall any existing version, then download and install the latest version directly over the top of your previous installation.
If you still see issues, could you let us know what version you were upgrading from and if you saw an pop-ups right before it uninstalls?
