I guess google is making limitations to ai studio. At first, the responses were very good, and if I send it any handwritten image, then it would recognize it and say it. But now responses are not good and also terminates the response if it realizes that it is doing OCR. Please help
Gemini 1.5 flash does handwritten character recognition pretty well. If there is a particular style it doesn’t handle well, that is possibly of some interest to the engineers and providing them with samples that didn’t work using the feedback on AI Studio could be useful. Assuming the samples don’t contain personally identifiable information, of course.

Yeah, you are half- right. I had been using it for many days, but now-a-days its not accurate, and sometimes it doesn’t even respond. It is like they have set up some restrictions. I have tried testing by giving same image but still it doesnt
Maybe the consumption of resources for that kind of processing was far to high for a free product so they had to limit it, cant think another reason. Plenty of people prob taking advantage costing millions not planned for

Your point is exactly correct, still i have observed the every google ai will be good in the start but if you use the same after a month or two, you can see how worsened it is.
