Google AI Studio applet fails to deploy and share (Internal error)

Hello,

I am experiencing a deployment issue with Google AI Studio.

My app builds successfully, and I already fixed my GitHub CI workflow. However, every time I try to Deploy or Share my applet, I immediately receive these errors:

  • “An internal error occurred.”
  • “The app failed to deploy.”
  • “There was an issue while sharing your applet.”
  • “Failed to load app.”

The error appears almost instantly, even after retrying multiple times.

Could you please help me identify whether this is a Google AI Studio platform issue or a problem with my project configuration?

  1. Is this issue still present? IF yes, please proceed to answer questions 2 and 3. If no, please confirm that this was an intermittent issue.
  2. What do you mean by fixing the GitHub CI workflow? Can you elaborate?
  3. Can you try creating a new app from scratch and deploying it? Let us know if you see the same error.
