Google AI Pro subscriber blocked from Antigravity CLI – Age verification stuck indefinitely

Hello Google Antigravity team,

I have an active, paid Google AI Pro subscription.

I’m using Antigravity CLI 1.4.3 on Windows 11. Google OAuth authentication completes successfully, but every request is blocked with:

“Eligibility check failed: Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity. To use Antigravity you must be 18 years old or older.”

My Google Account already has a date of birth indicating that I am over 18.

When I open Google’s age verification page, it gets stuck indefinitely on a loading screen, before displaying any verification options. This happens on both my computer and smartphone.

I am willing to verify my age through a non-biometric method, such as credit card verification, but I do not want to upload an identity document or undergo facial recognition.

Could someone from the Antigravity team investigate why my account is considered ineligible and why the verification process does not load?

Thank you.

Hi @sabatino_senatore,

Antigravity checks a separate age-verification flag on your Google Account, so just having an 18+ birthday and an AI Pro subscription isn’t always enough.

You can verify with a credit card in most regions (no ID or face scan needed). The infinite spinner on myaccount.google.com/age-verification usually happens because the Google Payments widget is getting blocked by multiple signed-in accounts, cookie settings, or a country mismatch.

Here is how to get past it:

  1. Check your country settings: Make sure policies.google.com/terms (and policies.google.com/country-association-form) shows a supported country, and check payments.google.com > Settings to confirm you have an active payments profile in that same country.
  2. Use Incognito with one account: Turn off any VPN/ad-blocker (or use mobile data), open an Incognito window with third-party cookies allowed for google.com, and sign in to only this Google Account. Then go to myaccount.google.com/birthday or https://myaccount.google.com/age-verification?hl=en and pick Use a credit card.
  3. Relogin to the CLI: After verifying, wait 15 to 30 minutes (sometimes up to 24 to 48 hours to fully sync), update to CLI v1.4.4, and run /logout then /login in agy.

If it still spins in Incognito on mobile data, let us know what country is listed on your Terms of Service page.
