I created a project myself in Google Cloud for testing purposes. Currently, the billing account shows as disabled, and there are no charges ($0). But on project page shows $25
My question is:
If billing is disabled, is there any possibility of future charges, even if the project still exists?
I just want to confirm that everything is fully safe and that no automatic charges can occur.
