GitHub commit button not active. I did a lot of troubleshooting. Is it a general issue?

Is GitHub sync broken, or just me?

For last few hours, the GitHub “Stage and commit all changes” button is inactive. It could be my firebase change - see below.

This affects all apps and different Google AI Studio logins.

I tried:

  1. Create a new app and sync (new GitHub repo does get created, with only empty readme file)

  2. Removed AI Studio application access from GitHub and linked again.

  3. Make a small change to existing app and sync.

I host on my own web server outside of Google ecosystem.

The one change I made today, right before the issue started: Uncouple firebase integration. I’m not sure - maybe that is needed? I put the firebase integration back, but the non-sync issue persists (commit button remains inactive).

Are you still seeing the issue? If so, could you please provide more details, such as screenshots of the error message, which would be very helpful?
