I am also getting these 503 erros. I got this error on 27th Sep 2025. On 28th , the service was available, but some of my prompts were now not working in the usual way. Today, 29th Sep, I am again getting this error. The model string I use is “gemini-2.0-flash-001”. By the way, I am using API with Tier 1 access.
