I’m testing gemini-omni-1.1-flash through the Interactions API from Poland.
Text-only and image-to-video generation work. However, uploaded video references - alone or alongside an image - return HTTP 400 content_blocked, even with a simple prompt like “create a video”. The same issue occurs in AI Studio.
The reference is a 3-second H.264 MP4, uploaded through the Files API and confirmed ACTIVE. I use reference_to_video, explicit reference tags, and store: true.
Is uploaded-video reference generation supported in Poland/EEA? Does it require additional project access, or could this be a filtering false positive? What diagnostics would help investigate?
