Gemini, good for prototyping, bad for finalization

Hello,

I’ve been developing an application for several weeks now to manage race strategy during sim racing endurance events.

I worked in industrial IT development for years, and later a bit in back-end and mobile application development.

When I started development, I was really impressed because it was possible to complete it in just a few hours.

Then came the disaster two or three weeks after the environment migration. I don’t know the details, but it caused us all a lot of pain. lol.
Since then, things have stabilized, and we’re starting to see some of Gemini’s limitations as we progress with our development. And Google’s limitations too. So it’s difficult to know exactly what the problem is, but I have the feeling that Gemini has the memory of a goldfish and that we’re spending a lot of time fixing problems that have already been solved.

It’s possible that the tool’s regular updates erase the development context, making it seem like we’re now losing more time than we’re gaining…
