Gemini API return 400 and even Now get 403 by requesting through VPS Location, Düsseldorf

Helo sir ,can you help me,I’m keep getting err:

“code”: 400,
“message”: “User location is not supported for the API use.”,
“status”: “FAILED_PRECONDITION”
}
root@server:~#
VPS Location : Düsseldorf

Even though there was no error like that before

But for some reason this problem reoccurred after it was previously fixed.

Do have similiar issue but with servers being in us-east on oracle cloud.

got the exactly similar issue, im using oracle cloud in singapore
