Gemini API project quota tier is unavailable

Hello,

I am trying to use the Gemini API in Google AI Studio, but the project quota tier is not displayed as “Free tier.” Instead, it shows “Unavailable.”

The same issue occurs not only with my existing project, but also with a newly created Google Cloud project.

I have confirmed the following:

  • A new Google Cloud project was created successfully
  • My account is the project Owner
  • The Generative Language API is enabled
  • The project was imported into Google AI Studio
  • The same issue occurs even after creating a new API key
  • I am using a personal Google account in South Korea

Please check why the Gemini API quota tier has not been assigned to this account or project, and help restore access to the Free tier.
