for the gemini competition, do submissions have to be under individual or can they be under an LLC? i have a holding LLC i launch all my stuff under

For example if I submitted an app on the App Store, will I be disqualified if it is my (sole owner) LLC?

I checked the terms and in order to be eligible you need to participate as a individual:

You must, at the time of Your participation and throughout the Promotion Period: (1) be an individual legal resident of…
…
(3) apply as an individual, not as part of a group

I don’t see any issue if you have a one-man company but then the application would still be filed with your name.
