Gemini API – 403 Your project has been denied access

Hello Google Gemini API Support Team,

I’m experiencing a 403 Forbidden error when calling the Gemini API from n8n.

Error: Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.

Project name: n8ntest
Model: gemini-3-flash-preview

I have confirmed that:

  • The Generative Language API is enabled.

  • The API key is restricted to Gemini API.

  • The API key has no application restrictions.

  • Google AI Studio displays the project as “Unavailable”.

Could you please review the project’s access status and advise how to restore Gemini API access?
