Gemini 3 input token exceed 1 million token Error

Hi, i am using Gemini 3 Model series. Yesterday, it was all working fine. But today i am getting input token exceed 1 million token. My input is roughly 300k token, but Gemini 3 just throw errors of exceeding 1 million token.

Can we advise on how to proceed? Thanks!

p.s. I am attaching documents ( 200k token) and also have file search tool enabled

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please confirm if your documents are mainly scanned images or native text? This will help us understand why Gemini 3 is exceeding the token limit.
