I dont understand how something gets announced and does not work at all.
I went through the whole nine yards of getting the GCP project created, billing set up, alerts and what not. The cli is able to access and bill through my GCP project but the IDE is still stuck on the free tier. This is insane. If you guys are eventually planning to decommission the IDE, let me know. I will stop wasting time with this unstable tool and just switch.
To add a GCP Project id you need to install Antigravity 2.0 or the CLI.
You can read more on the docs here:
yeah but I dont want 2.0. I dont want to vibe code with multiple agents working in the background.
Are you guys decommissioning the IDE for enterprise access or is it a feature you guys are working on?
I see they now added a line on that enterprise documentation:
Integration is only supported for Antigravity 2.0 and Antigravity CLI. Antigravity IDE is not supported for enterprise customers.
I am facing the exact same issue. We would love to use the Antigravity IDE within a proper Workspace environment. Since the AI Ultra Add-on has been removed from Workspace, we are stuck on the Starter Quota because the GCP billing integration is completely missing.
Is Google actively working on a proper GCP integration for the Antigravity IDE so enterprise users can actually use it?
Could we get some clarification on whether this is intentional or not? Does Google only expect non-business accounts to actually review and work on code while business customers are only expected to vibe code blindly? Is the expected flow to use Antigravity (non-IDE) in tandem with VS Code? But why should only business customers do that?
Like many others I was on the AI Ultra for Business plan because I am a heavy user and used the IDE daily. I cannot even continue my work in the non-IDE app because it doesn’t sync my conversations.
