When I upscale an animation to 1080p, the resulting video is “jerky,” even though the 780p version plays perfectly. This issue started today. It happens when you set the start frame, end frame, or both.

Having the same issue yesterday and today. It was working fine last week. It probably had something to do with the release of Omni 1.1 Flash they implemented on Aug. 27th.
Wish Google would test their deployments before launching it to thier paid subscribers. Unacceptable.
