Hey everyone! I’ve got a few feature suggestions that could really enhance Google AI Studio.
First, in chats, it would be great to quickly locate uploaded files—whether it’s a photo, audio, or document—so you can find them right away.
Another super useful feature would be smart chat search. When you have tons of chats and you’re looking for that one super important, specific conversation whose name you completely forgot, an AI-powered search across all your chats would be a lifesaver.
Also, just like in the Google Gemini web and app versions, it would be awesome to be able to upload NotebookLM notebooks.
Along those same lines, for projects or similar workflows, it would be great to upload documents, build sites or projects, and have memory-enabled or interconnected chats sharing the same knowledge base—especially when working with large volumes of documents or specific topics.
For Google AI Studio Builds (the web and Android app building section), it would be amazing to have more control over chats: renaming, deleting, reordering, and being able to edit or delete your own messages within a chat.
Additionally, what if you could connect platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, or others, allowing you to build your own custom automations right inside Google AI Studio Build?
Finally, circling back to working with extensive or specific documents, it would be great to have a streamlined system where you can upload your files and have NotebookLM or AI Studio seamlessly process and query them.
