What is needed:

The ability to load an account with a fixed pre-paid balance (e.g., $50).

An instant Hard Cap system that instantly rejects API requests (returning a 402 error or similar) the millisecond the balance reaches $0.00, with zero delay or grace period.
This feature is critical to give developers the peace of mind required to build and test production apps using your API, knowing their financial risk is mathematically locked to a pre-approved budget.
